Dear Friends,
My wife had interview in Kathmandu ,Nepal on 23rd Sep 2014.The interview went well and consular handed white slip ,where she had hand written PIMS entry and said consular office will contact my wife within 1 or 2 weeks.The consular office kept my wife's I 797 which was for H4 I 539, my I 797(H1b) and her passport. Its already been 3 weeks, she hasn't received her stamped passport.After 2nd week, she is calling almost everyday and they say PIMS have not come yet.Back in 2011, consular had told me and my wife the same thing (PIMS entry) but they gave stamped passport after 6 working days.
Could you please recommend, what should I do now? call KCC or call USCIS?
