This is shameful.

I am not talking about the woman in the picture, but people making a big deal about it. I saw this on mysansar as well.
पहिला अलिकति बुझेर लेख्नु; नबुझे सोध्नु; benefit of doubt दिनु.

She isn't wearing a shorts nor skirts. She is wearing brown pants and oversized T. Yes, her posture is not very "official", I am guessing she had been standing there for a while. No excuse; she could've presented herself better. But quit making it about her dress.
