This guy asts like he knows everything. He classifies everyone into three kinds as if it is beyond his imagination or intelligence to accept that there can be many other cases of people who go to foreign countries.
In addition to the ones he mentions there is another category of individuals who go abroad personally through their own effort and choose to stay abroad because Nepal is full of opportunists like him who don't do anything but are always complaining on any topic they can find.
