The only Hindu faction that tries to "recruit" followers is the Hare-Krishna (ISCON) group. Hindu religion is rather exclusive, it's a wonder how such a big population is still following it.
Instead of recruiting for any religion, I'd rather ask them to be comfortable with where they are and just practice tolerance for other religion.
