not so easy to just divorce and walk away when children are involved. The other thing is nepalese law is biased towards favoring women when it comes to divorce no matter whose fault it is and in turn entitlements are loosely and generously granted to the women. I have heard of several cases where nepalese couple divorced in foreign countries but in nepal the women were still favored and claimed husband's property.
