It is everywhere. Not only in Nepal, all over america, it is the same culture. You know this when you are the professional for a long time working for different organizations. I am not only talking about the bosses but also some of your collegues try to get credit when they are not suppose to. Favoritism prevails everywhere. The government of america is as screwed as that of nepal. I know this because of my experience working for them.
