Ujl I always enjoy your posts but this one I am not sure of. You had said you were in Nepal so maybe living there, your mental state has been affected.

A yogi should not be like a hand that gets dirty when it touches coal, a yogi should be like the sunlight that lightens up even the darkest darkness. A yogi's enlightenment should turn the coal into diamond.

Ujl you need to focus to come back into the yogic path. I wish you the best.
