Very nice post. Ujl had written people have high expectation from USA returnees. We are living abroad because we don't want to make dirty money or get a job by Nepotism. Nepal is run by mobs. For example, a construction contract is given to party who can beat (not bid) others. Politicians like Prachanda & Sons and government corrupt officials have money to squander on properties. I don't think a residential property that cost more than $100K is an investment unless you just do buy and sell to make profit out of it. You cannot payoff renting that home. Can somebody do math for me?
