I use Dial91 and it is 9 cents a minute to call Nepal. https://www.dial91.com/rates.aspx
They have very accurate billing (60 second pulse). Also the balance does not expire. They have free SMS from their website. It works most of the times, but my sister says she doesn't get the text once in a while. I would say it works 75% of the time, but its free. The only catch, you have to use a browser to text. They say they have an app but I have not used it yet.
Personally the best calling card yet for Nepal.
Anyone has better suggestions, please do share.
