Agriculture does, and your research/courses could be economics intensive. I also know a few people with PhD in Ag -economics working for world bank, ADB etc...Personally, I don't suggest anyone to choose science these days, specifically biological science, Agriculture, physics etc... Go for international relations, political science, Ag-economics is hence good option in this case. You get to work with interesting people and travel around the world. Life is all about letting yourself explore...I regret myself for spending so many years doing BS, MS and PhD in Biological science. Feeling crappppp
