Dear brother and Sister,
Here is the situation, I live and work in NJ in opt, opt is almost about to get over, did not get H1b picked up, project seems to be long, i want to apply for सरनार्थी from this state ,NJ. Has anyone has applied the same from this state? if yes, please share. i havenot been back home since i came here in 2009 August. Just need EAD to work for now.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
