Yes it is true but without but with out experience it will difficult ' you need to go for at least 1 year or 2 till you are confident about your self . Not my company any wear take experience then go for Full time and in IT mostly they don't hire full time .... if they hire you will be out in a year ... why because IT Industry work with client Budget if that finish you are no longer needed .. accept few profile in IT ....Re such it if you want ....
