I would have been more negative if i were to write article for DV holders....
If you are already over 45+ and you win DV lottery and try to come here with family and you have a good job back home then it's NOT WORTH IT........stay home will be my suggestion for them.
People quit their good jobs and come here and work where ? gas stations ? at that age it becomes difficult.
If you come here as a student that's a different story.
