The priests asking for a raise should first go and wash his dirty face before throwing towels to the" bhaktajans".As if lakh and other additional benefits is not enough for a pujari whose sole job is to caress "the lord of beasts".The temple deserve somebody who fully comprehend the idea of "Pasupata sect" and saivism instead of someone drolling in the daan and vetis.Ironically,Pasupati Area Development Trust too has been enjoying such a friction from a long time without taking part in it and doing anything to ward off such conflicts.I have these weird feeling that all these priests are nothing but a puppet who has been ordered to do the job from higher echelons knowing "what is" as the seal of PasupatiNath is same as the Bhapomet which the elites from the West worshipped.I got this doubt that something is cooking behind bhaktajans back without anyone getting any scent of it.
