Sajha operates under an open and fair system, designed to empower individuals to share things and ideas related to Nepal and Nepalis, protecting individual rights at the same time.

Everything is pretty straightforward since logic and reasoning is always the modus operandi of resolving any confusion or disagreement.

One of the main underlying goals in the operation of sajha is to encourage positive thinking due to lack of a better alternative. Hence, everyone is considered to be 'Best Friend' of sajha unless the feeling does not seems to be reciprocated - in which case both parties can choose the path of indifference - hopefully without any bitter aftertaste.

As stated in bottom of each thread

"Please send an email to admin@sajha.com using a valid email address if you want any posting to be considered for deletion. Your request will be handled on a one to one basis."

- everyone has a right to request removal of thread if it impacts their personal comfort zone, or if anyone finds a posting slanderous. If a request is made, there is 99.99% chance that it will be removed because as I mentioned above, sajha is about spreading positivity when it can and not about propagating negativity. Using the publicly available resouce of sajha to carry out personally vendetta is NOT encouraged!

Sajha does not operate to please a specific group of people, but seeks to be fair in all decisions that are made. So, accusation of actions for 'best friend' is not only baseless but very untrue at best. To be honest, I have met the person in question probably 2 or three times at the ANA convention and that is the extent of our acquaintance so it is absurd for the accuser to create conspiracy theories on a simple, clear and concise way that sajha operates, and it only creates questions on the motives of the accuser in making false statements.

So, in gist, if someone requests a thread to be removed due to any personal indemnification, then it will be removed no questions asked. The first posting that was deleted had the name of the person in title so I informed the user that he is free to share news from other sites without condemning a private individual without any evidence. Furthermore, I checked in personally with one of the contestant named in the article and I was informed that the journalist has totally bended the statements that were made to a point it was false. *sigh* Again, another case of sensationalization. But what can we expect?

I hope I was able to shed light on reality and remove any petty misunderstandings - if any - that existed.

Thank you and have an enjoyable weekend.
