I don't have 6-pack or kinda toned body. tara workout chai garchu, still overweight a little (5'7" and 165 lbs). But I have put my weight under control, badhna deko chhaina. I am trying hard to stay under proper/healthy diet. Mero couple of years ko experience le chai tei bhanchha, unless you eat healthy no matter how much you workout, you will be disappointed at the end. So eat healthy, drink lot of water (especially if you play soccer etc.). Ani euta atyanta jaruri kura, you need to workout to keep the cholesterol level in control. Cholesterol le sabai ta bigarchha bigarchha, yesle timiharuko bhai uthnalai pani negatively impact garchha hai, samhala aile nai ;)
