lamopuri, I so wanted to be in this journey. Forget about six pack man, all I want is just to burn my fat and be skinny, healthy and fit. I don't know WTF is stopping me. I know it's my determination but I have been doing jogging lately. 3 to 5 miles a day. I know that's not enough like hydrogen said but what would you guys recommend for a starter. One of my worst habit is that I am a smoker. I know, I know and I know it's the worst thing to do esp while working out but can't help it. I am trying to quit soon which I don't know when but I will sooner or later.
