Ofcourse, bullying Mr. Maharjan is certainly not good. But i think praising someone for who he is not is also not  good. I feel sorry for the kid as he has believed himself to be an entertainer. Had he put on a act and sang it then that would be consideedr  entertainmer. But, he has not put on an act, He literally tried his best. Germany has a perfect word to describe it , "Schadenfreude".
