"Clothes should be worn if you're cold not hot, so when I'm in a club DJing and hot, with sweat pouring off me and I've got fcking clothes getting in the way; what's the easiest solution? - get rid of them," she declared. However, the Twist/ Torture Garden resident said she's often forced to spin topless father than full naked due to prudish promoters and security staff. "I played completely naked at the Purple Turtle in Camden and nearly killed myself a while ago," she revealed. "The bouncer came over to me because I happened to be on top of the bar at the time and said 'we don't have an exotic dancer's license' and I said 'that's OK, I'm not an exotic dancer'. He tried to get me down, I tried to run away from him, banged into something and nearly knocked myself unconscious," said Ting.
