GC holders can stay outside of the US for upto 2 years with travel document issued by the USCIS. we dont know and she has not mentioned anything about it. who knows she might have the travel document and is going to stay in Nepal for less than 2 years and then come back?
feri, she is going because of her own personal issue( her mother is sick), so why should this be a news? she is NOT going back for the country but for her personal reasons.
She is a good actress but why is this even covered by the media and tried to label her as a patriot returning back?
