A couple of points

(1) A Google search will lead you to information about Dil Shova's faith. From this document it appears she was born a Hindu and converted to Christianity:

(2) Her religion should not matter.

(3) If she has religious motives for her work, it is hard to tell, at least based on the information available so far.

(4) The more important question as far as her religion goes is whether she is being targeted by some *because of* her faith. I would not put it past the scumbags at MySansar and their breed of low-brow journalism to do such a thing. Remember they were born of a wife-swapping story and sensationalism has been their bread and butter.

(5) it is tempting to look at this through a clannish prism. We seem to do this every time a Lok Man Singh Karki, Bhagwan Koirala, Dil Shova Shrestha or a Mahabir Pun gets a profile bump let alone when it is someone from a different religion - particularly a convert. I wouldn't be surprised if more people are offended by her conversion than by any wrong she may have done, knowingly or unknowingly, towards those she was sheltering.

(6) One point where I think Paradox is spot on is when he says "they are protecting their own trust towards her, and their own judgement in helping her monetarily and morally." This is what seems to be at the crux of this thread. As New Trader said, if this had been any other NGO, people might have reacted differently.

(7) Till the investigation is over, we wont know the whole truth. The story is coming out in bits and pieces and breaking selectively - perhaps to suit the needs of some.

(8) If found guilty she should be punished, if not, My Sansar should be investigated for slander and defamation.
