My situation is little bit different. Mero H1 2013 ma approved bhayeko theyo from advanced cap. but Mero degree is from one of the profit college. So i heard that USCIS is revoking H1B which were applied in advanced cap with profit college degree during amendment/transfer/extension. so i am planning to re apply another H1 under general cap.
My question is, Can my employer apply new H1b under general (Bachelors) cap?
