Depression- some helpful links

To get the heck out of depression or any other mental disease, do the following:
1) Wake up early in the morning between 4 am - 8 am. Brush, wash your face, if possible take a shower. Also, empty the bowel.
2) Practice different Yogic Asanas. Sirsasana is best for removing depression many eye diseases. Caution: Savasana must be done after doing sirsasana.
3) Take rest for about 15 min. Then start doing "Pranayama." Start with Bhastrika, then Kapalbhati, then Anulom Vilom, then do Ujjayi Pranayama.
4) Take rest for about another 15-20 min. Then sit in sukhasana, siddhasana, or padmasana. Choose whatever is easy for you. Padmasana is the best asana and if practiced for long years activates Kundalini energy from the Muladhara Chakra.
5) In Padmasana, bring your awareness to the breath. You can also chant mantra. I highly recommend chanting a mantra because it becomes easier to silent the mind the help of mantra.
6) Repeat this technique everyday. Within couple of months, your depression will be gone. Your stress level will go down and anti-aging genes are activated. Your face starts glowing. You start experiencing the inner joy spontaneously.

Some notes: While practicing these methods, body might behave in a very strange way. Don't panic. You may experience tingling effects all over your body, you may experience intense amount of energy within the body. Don't panic, body is trying to acclimate the higher frequency. All these practice if continued of long years will take you to that realm where there is no pain and suffering.
