This time I am deviating somewhat from the timeline of OP. Mike Oldfield composed "Tubular Bells" when he was 19. First live performance was in 1973. This music become very popular, sold 40 million worldwide.
Video of 1973 is not that of good quality that's why I am posting few video of later concerts which is outside of the timeline suggested by OP.
