Who am I targeting?
----> Eastern Nepal.
How much investment?
----> I am thinking of growing up from a small one; so i am thinking of investing up to a crore or 1.5 crore with one partnership which will be from within my relatives.
I am from IT background but still I could not find the details to these things.
Things learned:
1. Require infrastructure:
---> Thinking of using own house which is pretty big around 3500 sq ft.
----> Firewall: Probably will use cheap software based firewall to start with.
----> Modem, Router, Switches: Probably they don't cost so much due to chinese market.
2. Purchase bandwidth from NSP.
3. Use NEA's electric pools to carry wires. Ethernet is better than wireless.
