@lopchandai. Many people go to Best Buy, check the prices in their smart phone then places order online later from Amazon or elsewhere where they find cheaper . This is what happening in many cases. Not sure, how BB can continue to provide a free platform to these people (including myself) where you can see the actual product then order online in a cheaper price so I am not very optimistic about BB.
