@ Turkey airport, I asked the young lady who was sitting at the customer service desk and playing with her IPhone about the Turkish Hotel desk. She pointed to one direction by hand without looking at me. She was keep looking on the IPhone. I didn't understand and asked again. Can you believe it, this time she didn't response on my question and keep looking down on the phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. And, Turkish airlines didn't provide any meal during hotel stay. Everything else went smoothly…………
