1. Current Passport with valid Visa

2. Photo

3. Appointment Letter from your work.

4. Stamp worth Rs. 5

Take at least Rs. 5000 with you. I suggest you to go early morning to get token because later in the day it will be so crowd and you will see people everywhere.
