Hey Kirtipur,

I was in your shoe few years back.  My experience is not as exact as what you did so far, but here is what I did after I received my DV letter.

o   Form I-485 (Adjustment of status)

o   Form I-864 (Affidavit of support)

o   Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

o   Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization)

o   Form I-693 (Report of medical examination and Vaccination record)

I mailed all forms and required documents in early October (since you have visa number telling to file in February, I guess you have to wait). I got letter for Biometric appointment for sometime late November, and went to biometric.  After a month or so of Biometric appointment I received EAD card. I don’t recall properly at the moment, but at some point in April-May I received a letter asking for some kind of fee, which I mailed as instructed, possibly that was my visa fee.  Then, I had interview in early August with USCIS officer and my case was approved.

My suggestions for you, based on where you are in the process are,

Hope it helped!!
