It kept me thinking what made those Aryans (Ural dwellers) so different than Chinese or African rulers given everyone else had the labor distribution system.  Perhaps unlike Chinese or African, Aryans traveled a much longer distance defeating numerous and diverse societies so they refined their 'cunningness' overtime and utilized it in their best advantage. "Let's continue the labor distribution into a something permanent for 'divide and conquer'!"
