Hello All,
I am working for an Indian company since 2007 and I arrived in US thru that company in L1B visa with my Nepali passport in Jan 2012.
Few weeks back I got one consultancy which is saying that they can file a GC for me.
My concern is since I am in L1B visa and working for an Indian IT company, is it really possible for another company to file a GC for me.
Will really appreciate if someone has any idea about this.
