There is no relation about Nepalese Constitution and Asylum case. As asylum is based on the fear of prosecution past or future on the basis of social, political, religious etc ground.  People in safest country could also qualify for asylum based on their personal circumstances.

Now, what you are doing in the sajha forum is by telling people to rush to file asylum case is provoking them that Nepal condition will change ......is misleading people/ misrepresenting them and trying to commit fraud.

Anyone who think you might have a basis for asylum should contact a licensed immigration attorney....not some notorio who prey on innocent immigrant victim. Those people might have been able to get asylum for some people but if once their story comes out...all the once who received asylum through such person could also be questioned.....so do not risk yourself  or your immigration status.  THERE IS NO WAIVER FOR FRAUD.

In my practice I see many such people who have been victim of such crime....if attorney does not represent their client properly then they can always claim ineffective representation of counsel but when notorios mess their case...there is no rescue....because they do not sign on any document or any application form. Please be careful and educate Nepalese community.  Watch the following video:

Contact me if you need any help. I will provide you free consultation as service to Nepalese community. And I am a licensed immigration attorney who has ethical responsibility.

I usually do not respond to post in sajha but as a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, I have a duty to stop notorio fraud.
