How is advertising legal service to help someone file asylum or deal with immigration related issues illegal? (unless Sajha.com has a privacy policy where services cannot be advertised in posting. this is just violation of Sajha policy)
What about downloading pirated movies online, asking for software download links, asking for Soft copy of books, asking for VIN check when the service is meant for individual use.
I think asking a site administrator to block a user and trying to take away the right to free speech might fall into the gray area. Could be challenged in the court of law.
US Courts, Immigration ones, clearly state that the applicant has the right to be represented by an attorney without any burden to the US Govt.
So if I am providing legal services it is illegal to advertise??
Several cafe in Amsterdam advertise marijuana, as it is legal in the city within the confined area. Soon we will see boards in Colorado selling weed, where the recreational use for marijuana has been approved starting Jan 1.
