Something to ponder upon

---: My friend i am enjoying our inter-faith dialogue. I would like to thank you for taking time to engage in this spiritual talk and being very rational. We disagree with eachother does not mean we do not respect eachother's idea.

I would say what Albert Einstein once said: "Science without Religion Is Lame, Religion without Science Is Blind." The reason i agree with this statement is because i believe science and religion can go hand in hand.
During prophet Muhammad (upon whom be peace) people laughed when he said the skies are there without any pillars. Because people of his time believed the mountains were holding the skies. The thing about science changes alot but the scriptures remain the same.

1. If god, such a powerful entity can exists out of nothing then why not a single cell organism can not exists out of nothing? If someone can make rocket then he must be able to make motorcycle too.:
Islam says he is the beginning so i can not say he existed out of nothing.  It's like saying a boy and a girl come out from same mother. One can give birth to child when attained maturity but the other can not. Why? Because that's how God created us. Whole meta-physics, cycle of life and reproduction was created by God. The law of nature is nothing the law created by our Creator.
It can work the otherway on human inventions. For an instance: BMW used to make fighter planes before second world war. After Germans lost on second world war, they started to make cars. It does not work on the law of nature.

2. Supporters of existences of GoD are asking what was before Big Bang. But at the same time they forgot to ask the similar question to themselves, that is, what was before God?
The word "beginning" means "the point in time or space at which something starts". If we say God is the beginning than there is nothing before Him. God exists in timeless eternity. He is the one who created time to begin with. God has no need to have been created, since He exists either outside time (where cause and effect do not operate) or within multiple dimensions of time (such that there is no beginning of God's plane of time). Hence God is eternal, having never been created.

3. If God can be the beginning then why can’t Big bang be the beginning? You see possibility of existence of god itself opens the possibility of another.
It's like saying if my father father was before me, why can't i be before him? God is the one who created big bang to begin with than how can big bang be before Him?

4. Most interesting part for me was supporters of existence of god were saying Science agrees with what religion says (some of the YouTube video are even posted here). But they forget that Science also says the big Bang theory not creation.

Have you ever asked yourself where the universe came from? Why anything at all exists instead of just nothing? Typically atheists have said that the universe is just eternal, and that’s all. But is that a plausible position? If the universe never had a beginning, then that means that the number of past events in the history of the universe is infinite. But mathematicians recognize that the existence of an actually infinite number of things leads to self-contradictions. For example, what is infinity minus infinity? Well, mathematically you get self-contradictory answers. This shows that infinity is just an idea in your mind, not something that exists in reality.

David Hilbert, perhaps the greatest mathematician of this century, states, “The infinite is nowhere to be found in reality. It neither exists in nature, nor provides a legitimate basis for rational thought. ... The role that remains for the infinite to play is solely that of an idea.” But that entails that since past events are not just ideas but are real, the number of past events must be finite. Therefore the series of past events cannot go back forever; rather the universe must have begun to exist.

This conclusion has been confirmed by remarkable discoveries in astronomy and astrophysics. The astrophysical evidence indicates that the universe began to exist in a great explosion called the Big Bang about fifteen billion years ago. Most people do not understand that physical space and time were created in that event, as well as all the matter and energy in the universe. Therefore, as the Cambridge astronomer Fred Hoyle points out, the Big Bang Theory requires the creation of the universe out of nothing. This is because as one goes back in time one reaches a point at which, in Hoyle’s words, the universe was “shrunk down to nothing at all.”

Thus what the Big Bang model requires is that the universe began to exist and was created out of nothing. Now this tends to be very awkward for the atheist. For as Anthony Kenny of Oxford University urges, “A proponent of the [Big Bang] theory, at least if he is an atheist, must believe that ... the universe came from nothing and by nothing.”

But surely that doesn’t make sense. Out of nothing, nothing comes. So why does the universe exist instead of just nothing? Where did it come from? There must have been a cause, which brought the universe into being.

We may summarize our argument thus far as follows:

The universe began to exist.
Whatever begins to exist has a cause.
Therefore the universe has a cause.

Now from the very nature of the case, as the cause of space and time, this cause must be an uncaused, changeless, timeless, and immaterial being of unimaginable power, which created the universe. Moreover, I would argue, it must also be personal. For how else could a timeless cause give rise to a temporal effect like the universe? If the cause where an impersonal set of necessary and sufficient conditions, then the cause could never exist without the effect. Once the sufficient conditions are present, the effect must be present as well. The only way that the cause could be timeless and the effect begin in time is for the cause to be a personal agent who freely chooses to create an effect in time without any prior determining conditions. And thus we are brought not merely to a transcendent cause of the universe but to its Personal Creator.

5. I found out that these religions basically introduced no revolutionary concept except for the cosmetics. So I took them as patenting others idea with cosmetic modification.
If you read the biography of prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) you would know he did not even know he was a prophet till he was 40 years old. If he knew he would not run away from the cave to his home during his first meeting with Archangel Gabriel and told his wife to cover him.

6. I am sorry to say that concept of God, Creation of universe by god, heaven and hell, after life, morality all existed before the Islam.

I did not say that those concept were introduced by prophet Muhammad. I agree those concepts existed before prophet Muhammad's message. I never said prophet Muhammad is the first prophet to mankind. There were 124,000 prophets from God.

7. Just adding that Mohammad is the last messenger does not justify to follow Islam.
Islam does not need justification actually. God already justified His messenger and defended Him.

8. King David and Solomon are also included in the list of prophets in Islam. It seems that Mohammed included all famous historical figures in the list of Prophets. This is very similar to the Maobadi putting the photos of Marx, Angles, Lenin, Mao, Puspalal in their room or during the meeting.

Actually, Qur'an defended prophet Solomon saying he did not practice magic. Nor David killed his army general to marry the army general's wife. I know Jews do not regard king David and king Solomon as a prophet but in Islam we regard them as a righteous king and prophet of God.
Correction, it's not the prophet Muhammad who included him in the lists of prophet. It's God's who favored them with prophecy.

9.  Name of the father of Muhammad was Abd Allah (also called Abdullah). This proves that word Allah was already in use. And I know Allah is simply the Arabic name for God.
People of used to worship Allah along with three hundred-and-sixty idols. The word Allah means God. Prophet Muhmmad told people that they should worship only one God not the idols. That was the difference in his message. It is a known fact that every language has one or more terms that are used in reference to God and sometimes to lesser deities. This is not the case with Allah. Allah is the personal name of the One true God.
