Yes he is leading but counting started from Maoist support area, now they will start counting in UMl influence area so, more likely situation might change.
Secondly
Mr Prachanda is a power hungry guy , Now he have to face angry Maoist cadre, members of central committee. Even if he wins he will be the leader of a small party, no one will listen to him, there will be no heighten security, ppl will leave him like rats leaving a sinking ship. So it is better for him to retire and play golf with Ex King.
