Zgnx has been upgraded by two agencies already. It offered abt 26 million shares in order to raise money for the production and distribution of zohydro on 11/12 @ 2.25. But the offering didnt dilute the price. The underwriters' clients might have bought the shares and kept in their portfolio instead of selling them. 
Fannie Mae and Fraddie Mac are in fire. I added some extra $FNMA today. As long as Washington is dysfunctional $FNMA and $FMCC will not tank. Good Luck amigos and stay away from Twitter! :D
