Its your own personal decision and is also dependent upon your relationship to your manager .
Research if someone has been hired from a contractor to full time job. Have ONLY one real honest friend in your office with whom you can share your situation. If you cant find one then please dont share it with them. DOnt get scared and dont have a feeling that your company is doing you a big favor despite of your resume. Stand still/firm , ask for the benefits, PTO's etc.
I was also in a similar situation as yours.

- worked as contractor for around 12-13 months ( IT field).
- company offered me a full time position.
- used my real resume
- i had good impression at my workplace. NO one really cared about my resume. The only person that knows your resume would be your Manager and your interviewer. Its fine as long as the company needs you and wants you to get the job done. Normally its a formality and is a part of a process.
- Long run: It will help you to move forward and even in your green card process later.
- Even after your full time offer, please dont disclose your resume to other colleagues.
