Undergrad GPA is ONE among many other admission criteria in grad schools.  GRE/GMAT score(depends on your major), undergrad projects and / internships if you have any, personal statement, recommendation letters counts equally. These should be able to complement your low GPA. I don't see an issue here getting into a grad school (even with your GPA) however admission with funding at least in a mediocre school you might wanna take other factors into consideration and plan wisely.
