sir sandsoftime naah its correct as regarding to money given to make hashis illegal but it was given on condition to that money to be used to find alternative for those ppl who made their livings by growing poppies. What i am trying to solve is $50-7- million is huge sum during 1973, where that money was spent? was it used for those ppl mentioned at conditioned. Ii am just scratching my head, to find out this i went to National archieves today. It indeed confirm that it was paid that sum of money.
