Are you basing this on the video you've posted? If yes, this is typical of a kshatriya bhai puja. True, not everybody sits in a chair (most in the floor) but is that the only thing that makes him act "royal?"

But yeah, in general they are acting as if they still belong there, but as long as they don't impose their will upon others, should we really care? I for one don't. If media follows them, it's media's fault not theirs.
