Due to some conflict with one of my supervisor (whom i work for 20% of my salary), I am thinking about transferring my h1b to part time h1b which will cover 80% of my current salary.
If i later find another job which is full time, will there be problem transferring my part time h1b to full time h1b? Will i have to file whole new h1b or can i just transfer my h1b?
