प्रथमत सुदर्शन सुबेदी भन्ने व्यक्ति नेपाल सरकारको आधिकारिक टोलीका सदस्य हैनन्. . त्यसैले कुटनैतिक व्यक्ति भन्न मिलेन. सम्भवत त ( उनको फोटोको आधारमा खोजीनीति गर्दा) उनी Federation of the Disabled Nepal भन्ने संस्थाको रहेछ . अंग्रेजी पनि संस्था जस्तै disabled रहेछ, आश्चर्य को कुरा रहेन.
