well my friends, this world is weird, everyone is looking for oppurtunities and as long as you dont harm other people taking that oppurtunities i dont ever consider them as jhali or fatah no matter how they grab that oppurtunities and if they hurt or harm other people he/she ofcourse is a bad person but it doesnt mean that everypeople from that place is bad. @True Nepali, yes do not take me wrong and my apology to u and to those who got or will get offended by me saying  depending on the nature of incident yes we will be considered as dumb if we let other ppl take advantages and i wont say people taking advantages are the best people but yes i considered them smart enough to make me  a victim and i would try not to be conned by those people again rather than blaming where they were from  but again "This is the my own personnel opinion and if this hurts someone feelings or personnel prospective all i can say is i am sorry.
