Dear Sajha Users,
My employer filled my labor certification (PERM) at the end of March in 2013 under Eb2. I have a Masters degree form USA and have worked for 2 years (1 year under OPT and and the other year under H1B). I am a Nepalese by the coutry of citizenship.
My questions:
1) How long does it take for the labor certication / PERM to be approved?
2) In the worst case - if it is not approved, what are my other possible options?
I would appreciate all your help and suggestion.
