Implementing Laws written in 2033 during the regime of monarchy regarding social gatherings and celebrations is completely senseless. Why can you not have more than 51 people as “jantis” in a wedding? Why should we prohibit someone from throwing a wedding party to 500 people at a party palace if he has the means to do so? In what sense does the money spent on a big party equate to money gained from corruption? Then why should we let people in Nepal have huge houses, huge cars, go to restaurants often? Construction of all the big houses in Nepal should also be stopped then, no? Someone who can build 3000 sq.ft house certainly has black money, if the logic is to be followed. And I know that Lok Man has 3 sons. I wonder if he will not have more than 51 people for this sons “janti” on their wedding. I doubt. This guy was a supporter of monarchy and he wants to implement laws written during that time. I wonder if he is not trying to get the king back. Laws that prohibit people from gathering up are very often written in countries that have monarchs and dictators. Big crowd, more chances of uprising and more trouble.
