Alright. I think I got some pretty good feedback on this and am thinking of a submission based site. I do believe that 'accomplished' was a wrong choice of word! In any event, I appreciate the fact that quite a few of you understand the need for this site. Thank you everyone for your valuable suggestions and for taking time to write your opinions.
