I agree too, My statement is bit hard but it was deliberate.

In past many CIAA chief came, did one or two eye catching activities and after that business as usual. This time I expect no similar 
repetition. Nepalese should put pressure on him, so that he will be compelled to do what he is supposed to do. 
I agree that salary may not be that attractive to him because of his background but he should do something to justify his rebirth.
