The website has got almost everything you might need. Few tips for you:
- It's better you send them a prepaid envelope and ask them to send the correct application form.
- The photo size is not the usual 2x2 photo that we get in the CVS/Walgreen. But I talked to them and they said I can send the 2x2 and
they will do the necessary adjustment. The only thing is don't stick them in the form. Send them unattached.
- Fill up the form neat. No corrections.
- Be extra careful when you get the thumb print on the filled-up form. No touchings in the border, they say.
- Send a copy of the citizenship certificate and the original. The website mentions a copy, but when I inquired they said if we don't send the originial, the processing time may be longer because it has to go through verification process in Nepal.
I just got my renewed passport three days ago, after 71 days since I mailed it through USPS. They were quick in responding whenever I sent them email.
