Sexy in Sari - Like bokaman said this is from this years terms and conditions, last year the terms and conditions didn't mention that. In fact they changed it right after the event happened. And its Miss Nepal US(A) not Mrs Nepal so I don't think it would make sense to have a married contestant participating. They only had 16 applications this year so i bet they would take anyone at this point !
