Looks like you guys already have bunch of people on your side. You can organize yours own beauty pageant something like " miss Nepal north america". There are already miss world, miss USA, miss teen etc, why not just another name for same thing.

Also if one of you must have pictures/videos of underage drinking in the last event, you could easily report them to authority, at least local authority who can block their events and prosecute them.
